The Intake Process

- 1.Initial InquiryUpon submitting a contact form or calling our administrative office, a dedicated staff member will reach out to discuss your child’s history, specific needs, and current diagnosis.
- 2.Insurance VerificationWe work directly with major insurance providers to verify ABA therapy coverage, alleviating the logistical burden on your family so you can focus on care.
- 3.Clinical AssessmentOnce authorization is secured, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive skills assessment to determine your child's baseline and formulate personalized clinical recommendations.
- 4.Case LaunchFollowing the establishment of goals and securing finalized insurance authorization, your child's customized therapy program is launched with our highly trained technicians.
